Research - Se7en
Not much of the plot is told in the opening credits. There are many short clips of different close-ups but the audience doesn't actually know whats going on. Some of these shots were someone writing in a journal, someone developing pictures, and someone flipping through pages of a book. Although this movie is a horror film, I decided to study it because I liked the idea of using those kind of shots in the opening credits for my movie. In the opening credits of Se7en, it included some of the main actors, the producer, the director, the music director, the costume designer, the editor, the production designer, the director of photography, the co-producers, the co-executive producers, the executive producers, and the writer. The movie's film budget was 30 million, it made $327.3 million in box office, and it won the MTV Movie Award for Movie of the Year in 1996.
